Berry Nice Mojito

Ingredients:

  • 120ml Nice Tea

  • 30ml Elderflower tonic

  • 3 sprigs of lemon thyme

  • Brown sugar

  • Fresh blueberries 

  • Dash rose water/lemonade

  • Garnish - Blueberry skewer

  • Crushed ice


Recipe:

Muddle blueberries with the fresh thyme and sugar mojito style, crushed ice add Nice Tea and the tonic and top rose water.
